The Killers: 'We're Worried About Our Carbon Footprint'

The Killers have revealed that they're concerned about the impact their touring schedule has on the environment.


The American band, world Health Organization are due to release their new album, 'Day and Age', in November, said they have already been discussing their carbon copy footprint.


�It is something we�re going to think near in the future,� bassist Mark Stroemer told the Daily Star.


�It�s worrying to view how much waste is left o'er at gigs and festivals. It does make you think.�


The Killers are expected to return to the UK in October or November to unveil they're new album, which has been produced by Stuart Price.

As previously reported on Gigwise, the band headlined the Reading and Leeds festivals aboard Metallica and Rage Against The Machine last weekend.
